As a Support Engineer, you are the face of BrainSoft ICT. You will handle incoming tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our clients receive excellent service.

Responsibilities

Handle first and second-line support tickets.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Onboard new users and configure workstations.
Document solutions and update the knowledge base.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
